All products sold by Aoife’s Balanced Bites are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped.

Access to digital products is provided immediately after purchase via download link.

Upon purchase, customers are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to download and use the files for their own personal use only.

Digital products may not be shared, copied, redistributed, resold, or uploaded to any third party website or group.
